On Running quickly established themselves as a leader in sneaker culture, having been awarded a cosign by Roger Federer. On Running is making waves in tennis as well as fashion. This is due to many stores but perhaps most importantly, Nepenthes. As the Japanese umbrella has highlighted styles like Cloudmonster’s aesthetics as well as its technology, it has also praised Nepenthes.
This love has ultimately come full circle, as On Running is now teaming up with one of Nepenthes’ very own: South2 West8. Landing not long after their collaborative effort with Reebok, the South2 West8 x On Running Cloudaway is clad in one of the Japanese label’s signature prints. Their logos as well as various geometric patterns are applied across the upper, highlighted in the very same green used for many of S2W8’s mainline pieces. The rest are finished in grey and black with a silver metallic finish.
